Led by founder Liz Jones, the consultancy draws on a trusted network of HR specialists to provide clients with the right expertise at the right time - adapting to the needs, scale, and complexity of each organisation.
Liz Jones
Liz Jones (MCIPD) is a commercially focused HR professional with a strong track record of supporting high-growth and dynamic businesses. She began her career in sales before moving into HR within a fast-paced I.T. consultancy start-up, where she became UK HR Director. In this role, Liz played a key part in scaling the business from a small team to 400 employees worldwide, supporting international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural integration.
Since founding Expert-HR in 2012, Liz has supported a broad mix of organisations - ranging from fast-growing start-ups and professional services firms to insurance and broking businesses, creative agencies, healthcare providers, and internationally operating companies. Her practical, business-minded approach helps clients navigate day-to-day HR needs as well as more complex, cross-border and strategic people challenges.
With particular expertise in supporting SMEs and globally connected companies, Liz and the Expert-HR team deliver tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals, culture, and stage of growth.
